Problems with plugin in Centos using rpm installer

Question

I installed ocs server in Centos 7 using rpm installers.

Now I can't install plugins. When I try to install any plugin, I always receive this message: ""The communication server encountered the following error on install : Err_02".

I checked help and logs, but nothing works. Plugin directories are created and apache has access, SELinux is disabled, firewall is disabled, both OCSInventory-Reports and OCSInventory-Server are on the same machine.

Don't know what to do.

Hi Frank.

I'm installing 3 plugins:

- officepack.zip

- security.zip

- winupdate.zip

I copied zip file to this path /var/lib/ocsinventory-reports/plugins/download

When I try to install plugins, I can select them from the ocs-reports gui, and when I click install, it says that the plugin has been installed, but also says "The communication server encountered the following error on install :  Err_02". I attach the screenshots.

All is in the same server (Centos 7), SELinux and firewall are turned off, I checked /etc/ocsinventory/ocsinventory-server and /etc/ocsinventory/ocsinventory-server/plugins access rights and apache can write, machines can contact server and all are correctly inventoried. The unique problem is with plugins, and /etc/ocsinventory/ocsinventory-server/plugins is empty.

In the example I tried with officepack plugin, but it happens with all plugins, so I don't think it's a plugin's file problem.

Hi,

I've made the installation of these 3 plugins. No problem for me. OCS server version installed is 2.4 on CentOS 7.5. Selinux and firewalld are stopped. I have the same configuration. What's your OCS server version?
