Error HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error after serverupdate | Management server 2.1.2

If I try to do a local import by *.ocs I get this message:

Error HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error

I did the update 2.1.2 from 2.1.1 a week ago. (on windows with xampp)

Please post apache error log file content and mysqld.log content.

Sorry,

I have done a snapshot backup. So my Server is now at its old state.

No Update for me. :-)
