Hi,

The OCS Agent has not the good rights on the directory "C:\ProgramData\OCS Inventory NG\Agent\download". The owner of this directory and the service user must be the same user.

  1. Stop OCS service
  2. Delete "C:\ProgramData\OCS Inventory NG\Agent\download"
  3. Start OCS service
  4. Launch inventory.

Regards,

when I try to access the 172.xx.x.xx/ocsinventory :

Bad Request

Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand.

Apache/2.2.15 (CentOS) Server at xxx.xx.x.xx Port 80

It may be this error?

No, this error is normal. This URL is intended for communication with the OCS agent and not with a browser.

Check the rights of the download directory. It is a common mistake.
