migrate OCSNG 2.12.1 to new server

Question

I want to migrate from ocsng server 2.12.1 (Centos 7) to new server with latest ocs in Alma Linux 9 environment.

Now I use several extension such as Office pack, Winusers, ...

What steps do you suggest me to follow?

1- To install new ocs server software + new extensions?

2- Export database from old server and import data into new one?
