Up time Plugin windows [closed]

Hi ....I had installed Uptime plugin based on below wiki instructions...All steps seems to be done as in instruction...But the little clock icon is not active in the console...

Not even clickable when we hover the mouse. Pls help what would be missing from the steps.?
